Open Box ActionHeat Rechargeable Battery Heated Insoles

This product is perfect. I originally purchased the AA socks and they worked great but there was no variable heat control so I was constantly turning them on and off. i figured out that there was a battery pack that was rechargeable and adjustable. I ordered it, and while I was waiting on it to arrive I stumbled upon these insoles. I put a rush on the shipping and they arrived the same day as the new battery pack. Just as I thought, the remote works with the insoles and the new battery pack! The only question is the power button. It doesn't turn anything on or off? my only complaint is that I found out about the upgrade to the socks after I had already purchased an obsolete version(they were used once before I realized they needed to go). When I put the insoles on low they last about 8 hours as advertised. This product is awesome.
My purchase however, is a different story. After unboxing, the first thing I did was to (try and) charge them. The charging port on the left insole was bent at an upward angle from someone disconnecting the insole from the cord and not the correct way. Upon inspection of the charging ports with a loupe, there are scratches covering both I.D. & O.D. from someone inserting the charging cable upside-down repeatedly with excessive force. There are scratches on the seam of the remote where someone didn't know how to properly disassembled it. Once I separated the front from the back it became a 5 piece remote. The battery in the remote didn't work and there was an additional battery with the factory packaging still on it that was tossed in the box. As stated before the on/off button is useless. So far everything is fine but it is only a matter of time before the remote dies or the insole stops charging. May be 50% off, but all sales final with open-box stuff takes on a new meaning when some very tiny pin breaks because some Dbag tries to figure something out instead of leaving it alone knowing all the while he has intention of buying said product.

The insoles heat as described with 3 temperature settings, however some small improvements would make them much better. There is absolutely no arch support so after a day’s use you feet are tired. You can use the remote control to turn the insoles on and change the temperature setting but there are no indicator light in the remote control so you don’t know if it turned on or what setting you are on without looking at the back of the insoles.
Minor improvements to make it a better product.

I gave these as a gift. Was told they work good. And they fit inside shoes well.

Love these remote control insoles.
