Love the adhesive backing. I actually use the toe warmers for applying heat to spots of bursitis that call for cold, then warm therapy.

The warmers appear to be good with an expiration date of 12/2025. The Warmers box was only wrapped in a lightweight plastic bag, and not even in a bubble pack. The manufacturer's box was crushed, and I will have to find something else to store them in. Seems to be the new trend in shipping and supposedly more environmentally friendly. But it's not even recyclable in my town. Cheaper for sellers, not better for customers. It was a main reason for me to order from a seller and not through Amazon who started this new trend.
